We will be competitive, and we will match any genuine* price/deal in the UK.
*(anyone can advertise cheap prices and deals for items that they cannot supply in a reasonable length of time).

If you have seen an item on another website at a cheaper price/deal and would like us to match it please follow the steps below:

1. Order the item(s) in the normal way.
2. Ensure you have entered your email address correctly.
3. Type the website address, item part number and price that you would like us to match in the notes box.

We will then do one of the following:

1. If we consider it to be a genuine price/deal we will match the price and dispatch your goods.
2. If we consider the price/deal not genuine we will email you (normally within 48 hours) explaining our decision and give you the option to cancel part/all of your order.

If you would prefer to request a decision before ordering then please email (sales@billys.co.uk) or phone (01223 568368) with the following information:

1. Our part number(s).
2. The website addresses of the site(s) you would like us to price match.

We will email/phone you back (normally within 48 hours) with an answer. If a price match is offered we will include a Reference number for you to quote in the notes box when ordering to show that a price match has already been agreed. Any price match offered will only be valid for a maximum of 7 days from the date of the Reference number being issued.
